About Kelley

Kelley Roark, Esq. has been practicing law in South Florida for 25 years.  After graduating Georgetown University Law Center in 1988, where her studies concentrated in business and tax law, Kelley initially was admitted to the New York Bar, and was later admitted to the Florida Bar upon relocating to Florida in 1990.  Her practice has concentrated primarily in meeting the legal needs of small and medium-sized businesses, in entity creation, drafting of business agreements, and all aspects of the real estate transactional practice, from commercial to residential, and from condominium creation and quiet title actions to the nuts and bolts of residential real estate closings.

Kelley prides herself on being a service-oriented attorney, who likes to carefully work to understand the objectives of her clients and then do her best to meet their transactional needs.  In the course of her practice, she has also practiced in federal court, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the Florida Supreme Court.  In her non-lawyer time, Kelley also travels, writes travel books, and dabbles in real estate investment herself.  She is fluent in Spanish, having lived in Costa Rica, and handles many client relationships exclusively in Spanish. She also speaks beginning Portuguese.
